Upon arriving the front desk was busy with one patient so I sat down and it took about 10 mins or so to be noticed even though there are two receptionist at the desk. The other receptionist seemed to be busy on the computer. After about 10 mins or so after my appointment, I got noticed and was asked if I had x-rays. I was not told prior to the visit that x rays were needed which I could have gotten if notified in time.
