I read the previous lady's experience and information about being a corporation. My Dentist Miss Call was engaging and what thought caring more about her patients and there Care Bravo to her. However the reason for my giving this dental office two stars when it should be more is the supporting staff. I have had to fire them and try to sort out my finances confusion caused by miss information out right incompetency in the Billing Department. Five stars for the very competent dental care, and the office staff. Their accounting procedures , in contrast, needs improvement. Albeit, my husband and I bear our own financial responsibility, they continue mesh our accounts. Additionally, there is much uncertainty regarding what you'll need to pay. After being told I owe nothing, months later I received a frantic call stating I needed to pay $1400 ASAP. A very unpleasant surprise indeed!
