I needed a tooth pulled due to it cracking in half. The dentist was quick with getting me in and pulling the tooth. The only issue i had with my experience was that the instrument used to pull the tooth slipped out of the dentist hand and pierced the underside of my tongue. The dentist put stitches in both my gum, where the tooth was pulled, and under my tongue. Thankfully no nerve was hit, but was not expecting stitches under my tongue😕

Although I asked explicitly about getting a cleaning on the same day as an examination. The call center said I could, but when I got to the office that was not the case. I've lived in five states and I've never had it done this way. Additionally I asked if there would be a place to sign for transfer of records, they said it would be available in the paperwork and it was not. When I got to the office and found out I would have to schedule another appointment for a cleaning they were booked out for 8 months. It does not make s... read more

The staff (receptionist, dental assistant, and dentist) were kind and welcoming. Everything that was being done was explained to me. They ensured all my questions were answered. My appointment was at 11 and I was in the chair 2 minutes BEFORE 11!! Great overall experience (with good music playing in the background).
