This was the most terrifying dental experience of my life and not because most of it was spent with the individual working on me watching a reality house wives show. I went on for a small chip in my tooth. They without my consent drilled off over ⅔ of my front tooth and then showed me in the mirror. When I started crying and asked why she would do that to me she said she would not move forward with the dental work and send me home if I was going to be emotional. Awful and I sincerely mean that. Dr. Nash almost had me passed out after numbing me. The dental assistant that was a teenager did an impression and pulled my permanent crown off. Please do not come here, ever. It’s a chop shop.
Terrible! Each time I go, I have an appointment and every time I’m left upfront for almost 45 minutes because they have no one at the desk! This is the 3rd time that I’ve had an appointment and not a single staff member came upfront to sign me in. The young girl at the desk barley talks to patients and constantly has an attitude or a look on her face as if she doesn’t want to be there. I completely understand being short staffed but don’t book appointments if you don’t have time to see all the patients you booked
