Today was my second visit to Dental Care of Harrisburg, and they have officially won my loyalty forever. When an unexpected insurance waiting period made my initial estimate too high for my budget, I couldn't help but cry in the chair. The dentist, Dr. M, is incredible. She immediately stepped up, problem-solved, and found an alternative treatment plan that worked with my insurance. Everyone displayed their knowledge of their positions. They explained every step of the process to me.. Each person was quite personable. These aspects made me happy that I made the correct decision to select you for my dental work.
Had to reschedule and the whole team made it a very easy process

Second review- I was a loyal patient for over year coming in every 3 months. Missed one routine window due to a reschedule, came back with standard buildup and zero major issues, and was met with passive-aggressive scolding and condescension. If you're an adult who expects to be spoken to with basic professional respect, look elsewhere. Going to find a practice that treats patients like adults.
