Wife went in for cleaning, look at a chipped tooth and receding gum line by a crown. Came out with a 4000 dollar bill for Invisalign telling her it would fix everything, Bill included retainer. Well it fixed none of it. Went to get a retainer and they said it’s another 600$. Went in today to pick up retainer, cleaned her teeth, tried to give her 4 fillings which appeared out of thin air and gave her another 600$ Bill because insurance didn’t cover her last cleaning or this one and they didn’t tell us ahead of time. Where do I start… these guys are slick and try and upsell you on so many things that insurance doesn’t cover, making you think it’s necessary.. I spend almost $700 for sealants that last 6-12 months As for my children, they stated they only had time to clean half the mouth one day and the other half another day (this was so they could charge additional copayment) My insurance only covers the initial days cleanings. We will not be back.
I was very happy with citrus Grove dental. When I arrived they took me right in and did the examination. They were very thorough at explaining everything that needs to be done and gave me a breakdown of the cost. I would highly recommend them too anyone else.
