I had my wisdom tooth removed here today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They gave me a same-day appointment, which is very rare in the U.S., and I really appreciated that. The assistant, Nadya, was incredibly kind and helpful — she explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was also very polite and did the procedure quickly and painlessly. I’m so glad I found this clinic. I highly recommend it and will definitely be telling all my friends and family about it!
Avoid this place at any cost ,they have no clue at what their doing , the old man lied to me about orthodontist can’t make it and made me wait one more month , and I went there and he tried to do the work himself but he couldn’t even cut a wire , he was asking the assistant they were just staring each other ,he said he been doing this for 20+ yrs but didn’t look like it so don’t lie you’re self if they sound cheap , it will cost you time and still have to go somewhere else ,it was not only me it was three of us from our fami... read more
I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed. The doctor and the whole team were so kind and supportive. Dr.Bizra was very gentle and worked quickly and the procedure was done! The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, checking ever step and making sure I was okay throughout the whole visit. I really appreciate how professional and caring everyone was. Thank you so much — I highly recommend.
This was my first time going to the dentist in the US, and I was so worried it would be super expensive since I don't have insurance. But it turned out to be nothing like I expected. The doctor was very professional and kind, and the staff was so friendly! Thank you so much!
My honest current experience of Dental Care of Austin. Dr. BIZRA is very attentive and gentle and well as his assistants, polite receptionists ladies, no useless talks, no crazy and not reasonable prices, accept insurances (mine is BCBS). Doctor explains everything clear, attentively, no waisting time with some different options suitable for you, treatments only if you need them. Finally positive experience for myself, definitely check them out!
