Excellent office! Everyone was so professional and helpful. I was referred here by the dental hygiene college in Boise. Front desk was wonderful, the dental assistant was so professional and sweet with my daughter during her cleaning and X-rays, and the dentist was super honest with me regarding the treatment needed. I took my daughter here for years but will not return. The billing department made an error last summer, and didn’t contact me about it. I received a notice in the mail and called immediately to clear things up. The woman was extremely rude and threatening, and unwilling to work with me or level with me. She refused to even attempt to bill my insurance. It has now caused major grief in my life, due to an error that I am not at fault for; one that I tried to make right.
