We've been very happy going to the Dental Care Center on Mercer Univ. Drive in Macon for over 20 years. Robin has always been such a wonderfully warm, welcoming and skilled hygienist, and all the dentists there have always answered all questions and concerns we might have. Before our first visit, over 20 years ago, I had a huge dental phobia and everyone at this facility kindly did everything they could to alleviate that issue. Many thanks to the entire team at the Dental Care Center!
Rude, turned away patient in pain because he could not see paperwork and no one offered to help. Let good money walk out the door in pain. No regard for care of people who came for help. Stay away
The people here were amazing. Erica always pleasant and kind, Ms. Miller went above and beyond with last minute saves, Dr. Crossley very kind and caring, Misty who held my hand (so sweet) Dr. O’Brien who helped me (saved me) with some needed aftercare and even Alan at the front. All made the most pleasant team of people who took the best care of me! Thank you
The staff at this dental office were absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient, which made my first cleaning here in Macon such a comfortable experience. The front desk team was welcoming and organized, my dental hygienist Tiffany was wonderful—gentle, reassuring, and thorough—and Dr. Hall was truly amazing. The entire visit felt calm and well-run, which I really appreciated. Thank you all for making my visit such a positive one. I’ll definitely be back in six months!
