I hate to leave a bad review, and this is more for HR or management than for the consumer. If you’re looking for the Walmart or Target of dental care: quick, easy, in and out service… this would work for you. My hygienist was knowledgeable and kind. He was 5 star. The front desk staff, however, was not. I just happened to be one of those customers that had a few hoops for them to jump through. What a breath of fresh air this office is. From the girls at reception to the dental hygienist, nurse and the doctor, what a wonderful experience. The staff were so nice and friendly and because of my husband‘s special medical issues, they were so patient with him and took a great amount of time explaining what they were doing and a treatment plan. I would totally recommend this Dental office to anyone without reservations whatsoever
The dental hygienist was amazing. I usually hurt after. She used numbing gel before cleaning and I didn't have any discomfort. Dr Princess is kind and not pushy like some dentists.
Comfortable environment and awesome service.
First time there. Modern, clean and well lit facility. Modern equipment. Front and back staff are personable and well trained. Dr. Fiffe is thorough, professional and engaging. Julia did my dental prophylaxis, best and cleanest one I’ve had in 50 years. I’ve established them as my general dentist practice when I’m visiting PSLFL. Highly recommended.
