To the wonderful staff at Dental care at lakemoor. As a new patient I'm writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at your office. From the friendly reception to the thorough and caring treatment, everything was top notch.
After calling this place and asking if they took my insurance, I had my first appointment, which went very well. I was advised to schedule a cleaning about 2 months later. No reminders or calls from them of the upcoming appt. prompted me to call them. That's when I was told they don't take my insurance, how they tried calling me ( I checked my incoming calls and messages), and how this wasn't their fault. Nice way to treat new patients.
Really nice people, professional, and responded to my toothache quickly. Thanks Team!
