Had a horrible experience. My mom went in as a first time patient. Prior to going to her appointment they verified that they take her insurance. When she got there, they listed a bunch of "required" procedures she needed as a new patient. She explained she had only made the appointment for a regular x-ray and cleaning that is covered by insurance. They said she HAD to do a "special x-ray" and that the fluoride treatment was mandatory. Dental Care at Lake Ingram was fantastic. From the receptionist, hygienist, to the dentist, I received a high quality evaluation and was presented with a professional treatment plan and diagnosis. I look forward to continuing my care at this location.
I was very impressed with the office and my overall experience. The front desk was very helpful and the doctor and hygienist were professional. It's a new office so I wish that there was more feedback on other patients experience with treatments they received.
Fantastic! We are traveling from New York and had a dental emergency, the kind and caring staff got us right in and addressed the situation. The facility is new and state of the Art. Everyone there was wonderful.You won't go wrong here.
