I just had one of the best experiences ever in terms of customer and patient care at a dentist office. From the encounter with Jenny, going through the xrays with Victor and the Case analysis with Dr. Luana! Everyone was amazing, super knowledgeable, kind and thorough. I’m impressed!
I had a great experience overall. Jenny at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, my hygienist Victor was very personable and skilled at cleaning. I felt that the cleaning was very gentle but thorough, compared to my previous dentist office where it was sometimes very uncomfortable. Dr Oliviera was very friendly and reassuring explaining the results and next steps as well. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and compassionate. I’m currently dealing with a dental situation that I find a little scary, but everyone here has gone above and beyond and make me feel supported, comfortable, and truly in good hands. I’m very grateful to have found such caring team and would highly recommend this office!
