I was very pleased with my care today. My experience with Jade was one of the best. She was very gentle, carrying considerate alternative to my fears and concerns as she talked me through my two injections making them much more bearable.
They don't give a crap if you're in pain, I have to suffer for a week with a toothache before I can get some relief from another dentist. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever been through. Very incompetent practice!!!!!
Overall appointment went very well. All staff very professional. Very happy with visit.
Cross pointe always give superb service. Very friendly and i love the free coffee
