On August 11, 2026, I walked into “Dental Care at Cosby Village” feeling very nervous and hesitant about having dental work done. I am absolutely TERRIFIED of needles, and I made sure the staff knew that! From the moment I arrived…the office staff, Dr. Andrew’s assistant Karla, & Dr. Andrew were ALL absolutely phenomenal, and they immediately helped put me at ease! This dental practice is Amazing!! Yes, even though its a dentist office, and who likes the dentist, right? Well..they completely changed my viewpoint on going to the dentist. I had a dental emergency, (chipped a tooth eating candy), but anyway back to the point. I called (8/6/26) they answered, and scheduled me like the next day (8/7/26). Yesss, on a Friday!! The staff was very customer friendly and helpful from the time I walked in until the time I walked out!!! Everyone was thorough with their explanation of their procedures. I was informed with knowledge. I am very pleased with my new dental practice and its location.
