I had a wonderful experience at the Clear Crossings office! Dr. Rothrauff is so sweet and professional! You can tell she really cares about her work and patients, alongside Melody who is also so sweet and professional! The receptionist (can’t remember her name unfortunately, sorry girl lol) but she is such a joy! They all made me smile. Definitely here to stay! 🤎
The WORST dental office in Charlotte. Unorganized, nobody knows what they are doing. Dr. Rautroff is rough, non compassionate, and doesn’t seem to know how to do a patient treatment plan.
