The Dental Assistant was rude. She snapped at me when I asked her questions. When she polished my teeth the polisher barely touched my teeth. She treated me like she did not want me to come to that clinic. She did this in June 2026 and October 2026. Also in October when she polished my teeth, she bruised the inside of my left cheek. The hygienist saw the red bruise and asked me about it. My left cheek did not have a bruise when I arrived at the clinic. The other staff was nice. The hygienist was very nice.

*UPDATE* I was contacted by one of the workers regarding my review. Unfortunately this made the issue worse and I am downgrading my review. I was called and after picking up the phone I was spoken to with a snarky tone by one of the workers. I was told that the Doctor wrote down the time at 95 minutes, which may be accurate for time worked but, is not accurate to actual time spent in the office. Wonderful first visit! They took me back right on time — no sitting around waiting. The whole team was so personable and attentive, and they took the time to explain everything and really personalize my care. I felt informed and comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!
