Disappointing! It is truly a shame that Dr. Pocialik is gone from this practice and his hygienist- Dawn! It is not the same. The office procedures have changed. They expect you to reconfirm your appointment 1/2 hour after they call you to confirm. They use to send a text, call and email but that is not happening anymore.
