I called and made an appointment for a broken tooth which is very painful. I go. They take x rays. And said they don’t pull teeth. I have to go to an oral surgeon. Why wasn’t I told they don’t pull teeth before I threw money away for nothing!!
I’ve been going to this dentist for years and so has my family. The staff is always friendly and professional, and they make you feel comfortable the whole time. I had X-rays and a cleaning today and everything was quick, thorough, and easy. Highly recommend!
My dental hygienist Dedra was amazing but unfortunately she is leaving the practice Friday! That is the second hygienist I have enjoyed and now they have both left.
My hygienist, Kim was great. They are and have been short handed for years. A business in chaos. Kim is over worked, a Dentist is rarely there. This business is and has been in bad shape for years. Get with it. Most people have left and now go somewhere else. Terrible!
DJ was terrific. She took her time and explained everything plus answered all my questions. She was very thorough and professional. The dentist came behind me, put my head down, and told me to open my mouth. I think she introduced herself but I think it would have been nice if she would have introduced herself with some eye contact initially. Clearly, I was just a mouth full of teeth. The 4 stars are for DJ. The dentist could learn a lot from her.
