I found everyone to be very nice and knowledgeable. They treated me with respect and helped to straighten out my insurance. I would recommend they to anyone who has an issue with their teeth, and am sure they would be as satisfied with the entire staff as I am.
Got an extraction done June of last year. Paid 80 and insurance covered the rest.. except the next few months I was given an invoice for $50 which I paid twice and thought it was the end of it… it is now October and I’ve received another invoice for $50. Billing can’t come up with any reason why than “we’ve noticed sometimes it gets taken off past due balances they didn’t know about”… so just an excuse and makes it sound like they’re putting my money towards other people’s past due balances. After 40 years!!!! So I gave these folks a chance after my dentist retired. I've lost faith. Never the same dentist and big promises to be left in pain and on going infections and grab your money.
Everyone here is incredibly kind. I look forward to my future appointments.
