This office is unorganized and incompetent. They constantly cancel and reschedule appointments and expect you to wait months for treatment
I just made a formal complaint to my insurance company about this place. They were a "no call/no show" for my appt on 11/8. After a half dozen phone calls (they hung up on me the 1 time they did answer) and countless messages for them to call me back/explain/reschedule, I had no other choice. I know they recently had new management...this one is even worse! I am very disappointed that not even a simple acknowledgement was sent to me. And this office was so close & convenient. Very sorry it has not worked out.
A NO STAR dental office. As a new patient I was excited to try a new and supposedly experienced doctor, oh boy, was I wrong. He is not a good doctor to deal with. He did a root canal on a front tooth (#10), no idea what he did because the tooth broke, so now I need an implant. RUN - RUN - RUN AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN. Read this entire review of truth in my opinion. The worst dental office (if you can call them that) I have ever been. The office staff is so unprofessional. You will hear them gripe about their employment, their personal lives, I heard profanity by one employee as he complained over and over about missing pay.
