I received confirmation texts a day or two in advance. While en route I received a call 8 minutes before my appointment informing me that my insurance was no longer accepted - not a day in advance, 8 minutes. When I called back to speak to a manager she was incredibly condescending, repeatedly called me ma’am even when I asked her to call me by name, and even cursed in Spanish at me. If you need any dental work done or get your teeth clean, dental bright is the place to go. The staff are so friendly and if you have little ones that are scared of the dentist like mine were, the staff is very reassuring.
Great staff, very approachable, and never feels like kids are being reprimanded (even if they don’t floss as they should)
Dr.Agolli is an extremely skilled Surgeon / Doctor... very little/ no pain from a root canal..was recommended here by a family member when looking for a second opinion and wish I came sooner... all the Dentists I have encountered here are awesome Dr.Jahnsen.. Katia was so kind and helpful Dental Bright cares about patients Thank you!!!
Dental Bright of Burlington did a full set of veneers for me about a year ago. They are holding up great, they look great and I am no longer self conscious of my smile. I HIGHLY recommend the doctors there.
