When I first walked in - it felt welcoming and more like a day spa with sleek modern reception area equipped with comfy couches. Greeted with "can I get you something to drink". There's a glass automated sliding door which leads to the consultation rooms, which are welcoming. The staff are introduced each time and they all remember your name, so helps build a rapport. From the moment I walked in to the clinic today, I felt welcomed. The care I received from Dr. Amelia was incredible. She explained the entire alignment process in detail, took the upmost care when I was in the chair and made me feel super comfortable. She answered all my questions thoroughly and thought about what I needed I couldn’t be more excited to begin treatment.
