Dental Bens is the place to go! I started coming here two years ago based on a recommendation from an employee of mine. Deborah, the office manager is an ANGEL! She is ON TOP of it, from a friendly personalized greeting to a reminder text (my preference) for appointments. UPDATE 1: Ben called me right away to try to remedy. Was a little condescending and pretty much said he had no control over whether there will be additional pain or need for a root canal. I would think their job is to assess the risk and convey that to me so I can make an informed decision. They still didn't prescribe pain meds. He said it's rare that they do, but I would've thought this case would warrant it. Also, he said he would refund the overcharge. Dental Ben and his staff are amazing! No one is a fan of the dentist but the practice here makes it as seamless as possible. Dr. Ben is efficient, knows what he’s doing, and on top of everything, human. I can’t recommend Dental Ben enough!
