Every part of the staff was so nice, it made my first visit to the dentist after a long time really nice and comfortable. Everyone asked if I was doing alright multiple times and during my procedure Dr. Ben repeatedly made sure I was comfortable. They fit me in on the same day I called and stayed past closing so I am very appreciative. 10/10 🦅
This office seems to be very disorganized. I called to schedule a new patient appointment, received multiple confirmation messages, and even completed all the online forms in advance. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me they had no record of me in their system, despite all the confirmations and paperwork I’d submitted. I was scheduled for an appointment at 4pm today. I had to plan to leave work early to make the appointment but that was the latest they had. I received a text at 12:10pm today asking if I could come in earlier at 2pm or 2:30pm. I could not leave work that early but I said I could come at 3:30pm if that was helpful. Went in for a root canal and 2 new front crowns. Ben and his team did a great job and were very caring throughout the process. Both my husband and I come to Ben’s dental office and we’ve had great experiences! 10/10 would recommend!
UPDATE 1: Ben called me right away to try to remedy. Was a little condescending and pretty much said he had no control over whether there will be additional pain or need for a root canal. I would think their job is to assess the risk and convey that to me so I can make an informed decision. They still didn't prescribe pain meds. He said it's rare that they do, but I would've think this case would warrant it. Also, he said he would refund the overcharge.
