I rarely write a review but this one is necessary. Support for their software and the equipment has been very bad for us. Every business needs to make money but there focus on that instead of reasonable customer service has been very apparant.
The support team is amazing! We made the switch to numeric about a year ago and they helped us relentlessly whenever we had any trouble. They are quick to answer and always came up with an answer for whatever question I had. Saved me a couple of time ahah.
