Extremely disappointing experience overall. I’ve dealt with constant last-minute appointment changes, and on one occasion was even asked if I would consider rescheduling because the dentist “had a busy day.” That level of unreliability makes it very difficult to plan around work and personal commitments. I also had an appointment booked and was met with an hour and a half delay with no proper explanation. Completely unacceptable and a waste of my time. Friendly staff, good environment
Great team who were very understanding and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Highly recommended to anyone seeking dental treatment or a checkup.
10/10 would recommend. I called in with a decayed tooth and a lot of pain, they managed to squeeze me in that same day! The office is so beautiful (nearly as beautiful as the ladies who looked after me) and the chairs are so comfy I almost forgot why I was there. My tooth had roots that clearly didn't want to go quietly, but the staff was incredibly gentle and let me listen to my music which helped calm my nerves. It’s the most relaxed I’ve ever been while having someone pull a piece of my face out.
