Not sure if everyone there is like this or not, but the lady I talked to on the phone this morning was the rudest person I've ever spoke to. Asked some simple questions about getting a tooth pulled and she talked like she couldn't be bothered to answer such questions, and talked to me like I was some annoying unintelligent child. Ridiculous
