Money oriented, not service oriented specially the manager – Never felt that I was a patient rather I was treated as a business bringing money to their business. Not greeted, just said let me have your insurance and sit and your a wait and see game. Manager never smiles.
Unethical Practice...Go Elsewhere – I've never had a worse experience! I scheduled a regular cleaning only to find out during my appointment that no hygenists were working on that day! This also happened to my boyfriend on a different date. Now, why schedule me to come in when you can't perform the service I ask for? Then, when I came back the second time for the "real" cleaning appointment, they did a different procedure on me which I wasn't aware of until I got the bill.
