I used to travel across the border for dental treatment because I had some very disappointing experiences in the U.S. Now that I have dental insurance, I decided to visit Dental Associates of McAllen, and I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was welcoming and professional. Although everyone was very nice and patient during my appointment, I needed an answer as to whether or not one of my teeth (which is broken) can be fixed in the same procedure as my cleaning since it would under anesthesia. I just need an answer and total cost.
Great customer service. Best experience since moving to the RGV in November.
Not a good time to ask I'm pissed I showed up fifteen minutes early waited all most an hour and was expecting to have a procedure and because of their incompetence nothing happened three hours now I have to go back two more times for what have been done today
