The staff are all amazing. Front desk, hygienists and even though the dentist has a dry bedside manner, he’s also nice. However, we have had non-stop issues since starting here. More cavities than ever before, so many fillings that kept falling out, infection in my tooth that resulted in a root canal due to the filling being too close to the nerve. I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but based on my experience, I feel it’s necessary to share this in hopes it encourages improvement. During my initial visit with Dr. Gallo, he did not introduce himself, which immediately made the appointment feel impersonal. He noticed that I grind my teeth but did not offer any preventative treatment or discuss possible solutions until I suggested something after my second visit. Very professional and pleasant team here. They get you in and out but also make you feel comfortable and care for. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist that especially is nervous of the dentist.

So i became a new patient today..i was in so much pain they were able to get me in same day..the ladies in the receptionist desk were fabulous! They were kind and helped me alot with getting checked in..they go above and beyond to help u..the rest of the appoint went very well..dr gallo was really great..i know why my son likes going there so much!
