Customer service was awful. I was denied access to my own information unless I came in person and paid a fee. Staff gave inconsistent explanations and were very argumentative and dismissive when I asked for alternatives. Getting basic records should not be this difficult. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend, save your time!
