Great Dental practice, ALWAYS love this place!!! No long waits for an appointment, and the staff is awesome. Dental Hygienist was great to work with, quick and thorough. If there had to be something to improve on, it would be the (recent???) addition of a local talk radio station blaring throughout the facility. Can't please everyone when it comes to radio station choices....so best not to have it on. Personally, I prefer the relaxing quiet without it, especially first thing in the morning. Love the staff,my hygiene appt ran way behind because of my insurance ,the hygienest did all she could for me to get my cleaning I know she had a much shorter lunch because of me,she never made me feel in any way,she did her job with such care, Dont remember her name beautiful cuban queen.
I was having bleeding and pain in my gums where my dental implant was on my upper left side of gums. I called dental Associates office and explained the problems I was having. They scheduled me to come in the next morning for an exam. Everyone was wonderful and got to work on the problems Joan the first person got right to work and Dr Macinnes -Neil assessed the problems and informed GG what was needed.
