The Office Staff is completely incompetent and all they care about is the money. They have no idea about what insurance covers and does not cover. Delivered multiple services that my insurance did not cover and their 'disclaimer' is that it's only an Estimate and that it's my responsibility to know what my insurance will pay. I went in for the basic getting my teeth in better condition then they are since I have been ill my teeth were damaged. My first visit I found Dr. Ray was arrogant the nurses were arguing with him and speaking badly of others while I sat there in the chair this made me so uncomfortable I knew my procedure was going to be painful I didn't need to hear arguing.
