I had gone in for a yearly exam, cleaning and x-rays. I presented my medicare card and they took the information. The exam went well with no issues but they informed me that one of my fillings needed replacing. I came in the following week and the procedure went well with no issues. Professional staff took care of me and once done a gentleman took my medicare card and I was told that my share was $170. I paid and all seemed done until I received a bill for $440 from them. I had 2 cavities done on December 28th, 2022. Both injection site became infected. Then 1 week later 1 of the fillings came out. I had a crown and root canal and have had pain since it was done. I asked for a resolution and they said the only option was have the same Dentist fix it. Not happening. They Are like a Dental Factory, get the money. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM VERY UNHAPPY
