I had gone in for a yearly exam, cleaning and x-rays. I presented my medicare card and they took the information. The exam went well with no issues but they informed me that one of my fillings needed replacing. I came in the following week and the procedure went well with no issues. Professional staff took care of me and once done a gentleman took my medicare card and I was told that my share was $170. I paid and all seemed done until I received a bill for $440 from them. I needed to have a tooth extracted. Drove 35 minutes to get to this place and had been told when I made the appointment that she would book enough time, so if the dentist was going to take the tooth out the same day there would be plenty of time to do that. Well, she only booked it for about a 10 minute appointment. So I have to go back again next week to have the tooth extracted. I had 2 cavities done on December 28th, 2022. Both injection site became infected. Then 1 week later 1 of the fillings came out. I had a crown and root canal and have had pain since it was done. I asked for a resolution and they said the only option was have the same Dentist fix it. Not happening. They Are like a Dental Factory, get the money. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM VERY UNHAPPY
