I had my first appointment with Dr Ash today, and from the initial consultation he was welcoming and accommodating. Dr Ash asked a few questions and provided plenty of advice and tips on dental care. He was very upfront and honest about what needed to be done and the possible outcomes if it wasn’t attended to promptly. I needed calculus removed, and although it was painful, Dr Ash consistently checked in to make sure I was okay and comfortable throughout the procedure. His professionalism really stood out. The receptionist says their booking system is “down” and promises to call back once it is fixed. Never received a call-back. Subpar customer service and apparently not intending to make money.
My family and I see Dr Ash for our dental management. Since being treated by him, our dental hygiene has been at its best. He recently treated my nephew for a broken tooth and made it an enjoyable experience for him. I highly recommend his service to others, as you will go to no one else once treated. Dr Ash is extremely knowledgeable & friendly. He uses the latest equipment + materials and is always reassuring by putting his patients at ease.
