I had a consultation for braces and had a wonderful experience. The team was very welcoming and open to answering any questions about the process.
Dr Harkins is an excellent dentist. Very patient and takes time to talk with you to find out what You want. Staff is awesome.
Update: Office management previously acknowledged their error. However, when I returned a second time to give them the opportunity to make things right, they still failed to perform the deep cleaning. When the office manager called asking me to return for a third time, I refused. At that point, I requested a full refund for the deep cleaning and asked them to resubmit the insurance claim reflecting only the work actually performed, allowing me to seek proper care elsewhere.
