After many years of going to the practice, I finally realized that Wachspress, I will not call him a Doctor, was ripping us off with high prices and services not required. The latest issue involves a sore tooth that I insisted was the tooth with an implant. Wachpress insisted that it was another tooth. My very first visit to this office was March 2016. They supposedly verified my information with my insurance company, and scheduled me to do major work within 2 weeks of my initial appt. Then I got hit with a $700+ bill. They told me my insurance company denied it, with no explanation. I have excellent insurance and that has NEVER happended before.
