I have now had 4 visits at Dental Arts in Exeter. I have been so pleased with every member of the staff and the care I have received. They are kind and construct the care plan taking all factors into consideration. Dr. Gupta is wonderful!

For most of my life, going to the dentist ranked somewhere between stepping on Legos barefoot and voluntarily jumping out of an airplane. After a traumatic dental experience as a child, I spent years avoiding dental work because fear completely took over. Let’s put it this way: I’d rather have had 10 more kids, assembled all their Christmas toys without instructions, and hosted Thanksgiving for the entire family than go to the dentist. Then I met Dr. Gupta! 🥰 From my very first visit, Dr. Gupta treated me with patience, co... read more

Decided this dentist wasn’t a good fit for me and am missing front teeth and was just a waste of time here! Had someone higher up reach out because it’s clear now they were only concerned about this review ! So here I fixed it and even gave 1 less star than before ! If you have money go here I guess. If you’re on a budget - don’t . If you have messed up teeth and need understanding and don’t want to feel judged . Don’t go here . Waited over a week to be seen here and now I have to wait another week to be seen at other dentis... read more

Scammed me out of $200 for my “scans”, which they refused to send me after i paid for them and assured me they would send me. I ended up leaving without getting the procedure because they tried to charge me over $2000 for a tooth extraction. The dentist barely spoke English, smelled bad, and the place was dirty. And he kept touching my face without a glove on- disgusting. I went to Gentle Dental in Manchester and they did the procedure for $500 and got me in the next day. Do not go to Dental Arts Exeter.

So incredibly disappointed with the outcome of this office. I had had a crown placed, but there was so much pain after the crown. When we discussed the pain, I was only given 2 options, which were to pay $650 out of pocket for a CT scan or wait for x-rays months later. I could not pay the $650, so I endured until x-rays. However, the x-rays didn’t show anything, so I had the same options again. Still couldn’t pay the $650, and no other options, like Care Credit or payments, were offered. The pain never resolved, so they even... read more
