This is my second appointment at Dental Arts on the corner of Bay Ridge Parkway in Bensonhurst Brooklyn. This time the wait was one hour, what made it ok was that Kim the Hygienist was very helpful and professional. The cleaning of my teeth was painless, and professionally done. Next was to see Doctor Liem in another room. He is to the point; repairing my cracked molar and again very professional. The receptionist was Russian with also a nice attitude. I had one of the worst experiences at this dental office. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited over two hours before being seen. What’s the point of setting an appointment if they’re incapable of managing their schedule? When I finally got into the chair, things only got worse. The dentist rushed through the procedure, and it was clear that attention to detail was not a priority. So I was happy to find this location and was willing to travel there which was kind of far. However my insurance did not offer alot of good options so I didn't mind. The cleaning hurt a little. I was happy I left with the doctor not having any issues that needed to be addressed. When I got home I happened to check my mouth and realize a wisdom tooth was visible. Wonderful Dr and staff very nice experience. You can’t ask for much more from a dentist. He was very professional and I recommend him highly.
