Vini is an Absolute Angel!!!!!! So kind. So thoughtful.
They charge you before they do anything. When you cancel in advance they don't reverse the payment they took from you, Alex makes you go to the office and has youvwait forever even when there is absolutely nobody there. I had an appointment at 1PM. There was nobodycthere for 15 minutes after I deceided to open a door and make some noise. They are all way desperateto to take one's money and not keen to give it back(even if it's a couple of hours since they charge you. They are fake and they charge you way more than others.
