Made my appointment here today at 3:00 I came in at 2:50 signed my papers and it's 3:25 now and I just decided to leave. If I was late on my appointment and came here at 3:20 they would tell me i have to come another day. I sat here for 25 minutes past my appt and still dident my name called. Ill just go to another dentist here in st pete and won't be coming back to this one

Carol was FABULOUS!!!!! I have never met a nicer and more knowledgeable person. The doc was great too, but I am 100% coming back because of Carol. Highly recommend this place.

I showed up for my scheduled appointment only to be told it had been canceled because they couldn’t reach me the day before to confirm. I had no missed calls or messages from their office. Even if they had tried to reach me, canceling an appointment simply because you don’t connect with the patient the day before is unreasonable. There are plenty of legitimate reasons someone may not be able to answer a call. I drove nearly 40 minutes for this appointment, only to be asked to come back later, which was not realistic.
