UPDATE: July 2026 One year later and my family of 5 LOVES this office. They couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. Everything is up-to-date and clean. My family always has Megan for our cleanings and she is INCREDIBLE at her job. July 2025 Every single person I’ve interacted with was delightful. I have been extremely disappointed with the billing department. Patients should not have to repeatedly question charges or struggle to get straightforward answers about their account. Accurate billing and transparent communication are just as important as good clinical care, and unfortunately my experience with the billing process fell well short of that standard.
