Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was the dental equipment clean? Yes

Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Not really, they only lasted a couple of weeks Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me
