Great experience with hygienist Katie Maahs at Dental Artistry Auckland. Friendly, positive, explains each step clearly, and makes you feel comfortable throughout.
Katie’s hygienist services were 10/10! Extremely thorough, great knowledge and gave me amazing tips for keeping my teeth clean. Will definitely be coming back!
I had a great experience with this dental clinic.
Last few times I have tried to confirm an appointment I have asked for information about the costs breakdown for the dental work I had booked. None of the multiple times I asked for this did they provide it. Nor did they manage to send a calendar invite so I could expect my booking in my diary. When I tried to confirm this today again on an email due to their miscommunication, Larissa was snappy and rude over email so I just decided to cancel altogether and find a dentist that has staff who have proper communication skills. ... read more
