I have always had dental phobia. From the minute I walked in everyone was so kind and non judgemental. They fit me in so quickly and they were just amazing. Dr. Allen was so great through the whole thing, and the woman who assisted was also amazing. Thank you so much.
I received extraordinary care. I've been to alot of different dental offices because I've moved location so many times and this place is by far the best I've ever been to. They are knowledgeable, gentle, on-time, respectful and most importantly- conservative in their decision making. I sincerely trust their advice when it comes to my teeth; I know they are making the best decision for me (as opposed to pushing more expensive things). Highly recommend!
I had an emergency, I had called around and no was able to help me out , I gave Dental Art Clinic a call and right away they helped me out and was beyond Amazing. I had a tooth that was causing me pain The receptionist was super helpful and had got me booked in that same day . When I showed up everyone was very welcoming, i filled out paper work once I was done my hygienist had me in a chair doing ex rays .once they new my problem they got right to work . I had an appointment on Saturday October 26 at 10 :40 am thinking my appointment was for 9:40 am. thinking I was late! Of course Jamie says no no we'll get you in early you're just in time you're not late I have never experienced the most highly recommended Dental Art dentist in Ontario I hate going to the dentist I had a bad experience, 10 years ago,,now I like going to the dentist, for the short time I've been there . I sadly regret having to give one star, but it's unfortunate you have to give at least one. I really enjoyed my dentist here and Jamie. 2 phenomenal staff, sadly this office was taken over by new management And Caroline is the most disrespectful "part" manager and receptionist I have ever dealt with in a office setting before. The way I was belittled and spoke to was very unnecessary and disrespectful especially when after I told her I had already spoke with other staff in regards to my missed appointment, she attempted to ... read more
