Unfortunately, I have downgraded a review for Dr. Pratt that should have been positive. I'm a regular patient and was always satisfied with his cosmetic expertise. He cannot and will not handle dental emergencies. He has sent me home in pain, without a resolution, a proper referral, or even the slightest bit of concern. He literally shrugged his shoulders both times I called or saw him for an emergency. His excuse: he's on vacation!! Wow. This is how he treats his patients. Would not recommend!
My son was treated by Dr. Pratt and her staff. He loves going there each and every time as she and all her staff are wonderful. I highly recommend her as she is board certified and very professional. My son saw her at each appointment and was very comfortable with her. For the work and time spent with my son the price couldn't be beat!!
Very Very gentle! he is cautious and sensitive to your needs as a patient! His staff is friendly and helpful!
Dr. Pratt is AWESOME as well as his staff. They care about their patients . They listen to your concerns and they spend time explaining treatment. Dr. Pratt will be my dentist. Wouldn't go any where else.
