Dr. Kim and Dr. T are literally the best Dentists In all of California!!! All of the staff and assistance are extremely helpful, very personable, and take the time to help address your dental needs in every possible way they can… I actually look forward to going to the dentist Just to see all the friendly helpful faces! Tatiana? Amazing! The main receptionist making appointments? Absolutely amazing!!!
The staff there are very nice but the Dentist that I saw was very rude! First off he did not introduce himself he just walked in with a smug look on his face and said I’m going to take a look at your teeth. I told him about the extreme pain I was having and after he examined me he said that my gums were severely infected and recommended a deep cleaning. No further treatment for pain or infection! Told the dentist my molar throbbed and ached, she told me it was the result of bone loss. I had to go somewhere else and pay lots of $$$$ to have it X-rayed and told that YES it was infected. Went back and had them pull it and now the staff won't make an appointment with me. There are a select few in the office that are very vindictive.
The work is good but it takes forever to get an appointment
