Called up on Wednesday and got an emergency appointment booked for Thursday the following day. Had to take time out of work to go, only to find out when I got there that they had taken all my details (because I was on the system) but not actually booked me in, so apparently there was nothing they could do for me on the day, despite being given an appointment over the phone previously. Wow! Ive suffered so bad with this tooth, this lady dentist and her assistant couldnt of been more helpful! I was so nervous,but not rushed in any way,even gripping the nurses hand! THANKYOU so much,you were fantastic,start to finish!

Waited over an hour to be seen. Did a poor excuse of a filling. Completed the job within 10 minutes no wonder filling only lasted 4 days !!! Dental practise was closing at 5pm which clearly explains why the dentist did such a horrible job. Appointment was at 3pm and I wasn’t even seen till after 4:12pm. Left the surgery doors, having paid etc, at 4:30pm. Trying to leave on time was more important than doing their job properly. Tooth is now in a worse condition than originally when I came in !!!
