After being seen and let down by the dentist in Swindon, the dentist I seen today, Melanie and her dental nurse I believe was Nikki, were absolute superstars. Made me feel so at ease, did their best to sort out the issue and gave me antibiotics that I should have had previously. Did the NHS proud!
I had a tooth pulled a few days ago and I just wanted to say what a lovely caring dentist, also the lady helping the dentist was so nice, I didn't get the dentists name but she was a small lady, hope she doesn't mind me saying that, you guys were absolutely brilliant, you made me feel at ease, you spoke to me throughout the process, I cannot sing your praises high enough, I hope you both get to read this , thankyou too everybody at the dental practice, you were all excellent. why you saying my experience is fake it's genuine... read more
Had a tooth removed such super service and friendly staff all singing along to 80s hits on the radio. And Olivia is the best dentist ever so reassuring and professional and funny.
Got referred to Chippenham for urgent appointment as Swindon was not available and really glad I did, from check-in to leaving the experience was excellent. Great thanks to Georgina and her nurse for amazing work to resolve my toothache and swollen face
I had an extraction here today, the dentist and assistant were very kind and understanding of my nervousness. I'm now pain free! Thank you
