I had a great experience at Dental 99! Dr Eli was professional, friendly and very reassuring throughout my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable during the treatment. I really appreciated his patience, attention to detail and genuine care. The overall experience was excellent, and the staff were also welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend Dental 99, especially Dr Eli, for anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients!
I visited Dental 99 for over three years while living in Sydney and initially thought I was happy with their services. However, after moving back to Europe and seeing a different dentist, I realised that you really do get what you pay for. Every single filling I had done at Dental 99 needed to be replaced because they weren’t properly sealed. Disappointing visit today after previously great treatment and recommending to others. Very quick and basic (around 10 mins) check up and clean and felt pressured to book expensive deep clean. Will go elsewhere in the future and would not recommend.
Very disappointing service. I arrived more than 15 minutes early as requested, but still had to wait until 4:10 for my 4 pm appointment
