Just had my second visit, and both times I experienced a very efficient check-in and cleaning! Friendly folks all around. Thank you, Sussex team!
This is my first time coming here and I would not recommend. It was just a teeth cleaning and x-rays and I felt very rushed through the entire process. Other places that I went would go through with a metal pick and ultrasonic. All they use was the ultrasonic very quickly under 5 minutes, didn't even floss my teeth. I felt because I'm on Medicaid they go quickly and look down upon you. I had a 4:00 appointment and when I was walking out all of the workers started walking out as well. I've done it better cleaning myself.
Absolutely the best dentist I've ever experienced. Staff, Dental Feam and Dentist are perfect for my family needs. Thank you to everyone that works here. This place doesn't take advantage of us financially, and has treated us all great for years

I was refused service because I didn’t want X rays today. When arriving, I filled out the forms. One of them asks what procedures you consent to. I intentionally selected “exam and cleaning only”. This was one of the options on their form. After telling the stunned dental hygienist that I wasn’t doing X ray and that I noted that on their forms, she told me I’d have to speak to dentist.
