My visit was great, she was pleasant and did a great job.
I was not satisfied with my recent experience. I was instructed to email my son's insurance information, which I did around 6:00 p.m. the evening before his 1:00 p.m. appointment the following day. However, it wasn't until the scheduled appointment time that the insurance and explanation of benefits were checked. Most offices verify insurance coverage before the patient's appointment.
